even thought a fucking small customer
maybe I really don't have sales personality

because of the policy, stock and so on.
sometimes we have to cover so many fault, which is not caused by us.
So what? Who will really care about it.
If we couldn't run this procedure smoothly, how can we be a big company?
What service could we provide to customers.
If we already knew the disaster will coming, why shouldn't we just prevent it?
